General circumstances: Not a good day. Severe sleep deprivation; forced out of bed by leg cramp pains at 0330. Bloating & discomfort built up during the day and culminated in a full on vomit session mid afternoon. No reflux and no blood in vomit. Mouth dry, claggy. Thick mucus. Some aches around the lower back region. Generally tired and slow. Weight slipping marginally. Skin & bones in places. End of reducing cycle of Dexmethsone tablets.
